Don't hire this company for managing your community. They push everything to resident's side which turns out heavy burdens for the residents. Everyone knows that people are suffering by high inflation these days. They do not care. They just push like crazy under a name of beautifications or improvement projects. They must have a bad culture in this company. They get narrow sited and just are unable to take a balanced approach. Hopefully our community will terminate them. They will keep losing jobs and eventually stop existing soon.

This is the worst management company. Call them for anything and they have an excuse for everything. So tired of throwing my money away. Please new associations looking for a management company pay more to get good results. These people suck.

This management company and their board members suck. Interested in fining people main concern. Still no word on when our grass will be fertilized and cut. Lazy, non responding people. .

AMG Management is just a clever disguise for a place to throw your money away. They do a lousy job with keeping up the property when it snows, they don't do anything when putting in a work order request, (I asked for the lightbulb to be replaced in the parking area 9 months ago; still not done.) But here's the real issue I had. They decided to change their payment processor and no longer took payments online without fees. It forced me to mail in my dues. I sent the check to the address on their bill in plenty of time to be within the grace period. They didn't receive it on time and charged me late fees. They rudely said that was a billing processing center for the whole country and I should have sent the check to the local office. When I asked them to waive the fees since this is the first time I was ever late and seeing how it was their fault by sending the bill with a Las Vegas mailing address on it, I was told they don't have the authority. (Nonsense! I used to work in collections. I know how it works.) I was stuck paying an additional $40 in fees. I need to get on the board of the association so we can vote this company out of our association.

I never write reviews on anything, but I'm so upset and shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by this "company." It's all a complete sham and money grab To be frank, Bill, the CEO seems to be completely and utterly incompetent at his job. They're lining their pockets while customers are crumbling and getting treated like second class citizens. It's beyond horrible. Giving one star is one too many.
