We have sold 2 houses and bought 2 houses with Amy. She is professional, has all the newest tools to get listings out and seen and her intuition is spot on! We met Amy through friends as the original realtor we had was not producing showings or offers. I asked her to look at our listing and give us her thoughts. There were so many things wrong! We had been on the market for over 90 days with that agent, and within 30 days with Amy we had multiple offers and a closing date. We just bought our forever home this past January, and even though I know I annoyed her with my anxieties while the sellers debated our offer, she kept her calm ( all while healing from an injury!) and negotiated an amazing offer which was accepted.
