Helped me sell my property. I didn't have a clue how to sell a property it was my first time and I can honestly say that although Andrew is a nice person I will never ever and I do mean ever use an agent of any sort ever again. He wanted to sell my house for $50,000 and absolutely not a penny more at this point I'm pretty sure it's because he knew the people that he was going to sell it to. It sold in under 24 hours. I wanted to list the house for much more than that but he took his time convincing me that it would never sell. Again he's a nice guy if you don't know what you're doing I would recommend but if you know that you want something don't let an agent convince you otherwise like I did.
