Where to start! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I had no idea what we were doing. Ashley saved the day when my original realtor has some unexpected health problems. She picked up where we left up, moved to docusign for everything, posted sign and key for the home the next day and made me a priority. It was a quick and painless process and the home sold immediately. She also handled some situations after the inspection with the attorney to ensure I was getting what was fair. Thank you for an easy process and being professional the entire time. I would use her again in the future.
