Ashley is fantastic! My wife and I had our hearts set on building our custom dream home but we weren't sure if it was the 'right' time to sell. Knowing this, Ashley went above in beyond to provide us a detailed set of scenarios based on REAL data of current market conditions; not just for our sale but also on the construction of a custom home. We were very slow to make a decision and Ashley was very supportive through the entire process, it was obvious she had our best intentions in mind. She would consistently (per our request) send over plots of land where we could build our home, in addition to changes in the selling market. Within a few weeks she had found the perfect plot of land for us to build our dream home. Fast forward several months later and it was finally time to put our home on the market. As she did previously, we were presented with several scenarios of listing strategies. This time we were quick to make a decision and took the plunge. Sure enough, as advertised, we had multiple offers on our home and within a week of listing had inked a deal. If / when we are ready to make a another change we will absolutely be reaching out to Ashley again!
