Beth helped us find our perfect beginner home. As a couple with little experience with the homebuying process (loans, local market, valuation practices), Beth was there for us every step of the way. She made it her priority to help find the best property for us, as opposed to choosing one out of the first few or settling for less. Knowing that, we felt much more comfortable taking our time and also visited pretty much every house within our budget/area. Beth was there for every single walk-through to answer any questions and concerns. Her intimate knowledge of the Lincoln-Way Area market paired with her foundation of negotiaton abilities made sure our experience was as smooth as possible. My brother used Beth Conaghan and CRIS realty to find and buy his new home out here in beautiful New Lenox, and was so pleased that he recommended I talk to her as well. I did, and everything went great, and she helped me find and buy my new home as well. Now, after we've both had such positive experiences with her, the plan is to have her help our mom finally get out of the city and move out here as well. I've also recommended her to friends. I don't think there's a more positive review than to recommend to friends and family knowing they'll be in good hands. Beth is great, and she'd be the first person I'd call if I were looking for a new home. It was a great experience working with her.
