Beth helped us find our perfect beginner home. As a couple with little experience with the homebuying process (loans, local market, valuation practices), Beth was there for us every step of the way. She made it her priority to help find the best property for us, as opposed to choosing one out of the first few or settling for less. My brother used Beth Conaghan and CRIS realty to find and buy his new home out here in beautiful New Lenox, and was so pleased that he recommended I talk to her as well. I did, and everything went great, and she helped me find and buy my new home as well. Now, after we've both had such positive experiences with her, the plan is to have her help our mom finally get out of the city and move out here as well. I've also recommended her to friends.
