We used Bill Ghighi for both the buy/sell of our Naperville homes. We found our dream home and he advised us on what we needed to offer to win. Sure enough, we won the only offer we made during the buying process. Bill also priced our previous home to sell with a great marketing strategy in place. The home had many offers, and sold well over asking price within a weekend. It was evident he understands the Chicago suburbs real estate market. He also answered any questions we had within minutes via text, email, or a call. Bill allows his clients to use their own vendors if needed, but we went with his preferred partners for everything. They were all great to work with during our closing. The only problem with finding our dream home is we won’t be able to work with Bill Ghighi again any time soon, but we consider him a friend, and we will recommend his Chicago real estate expertise to anyone that asks!
