Very transparent about the process, and always available to answer our questions. Her industry knowledge played a huge role in helping us navigate some obstacles as well. Couldn't imagine another realtor to help us meet our goals! Home sale: Our parents had previously worked with Cheryl and had a great experience, and so did we! She read the market conditions perfectly and we sold our home very quickly. Cheryl & Bruce are agents who genuinely care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. My wife and I used Bowers Realty to sell our town house and buy a single family home. We took the time to follow the prep list for sale and it paid off, we sold in less than a week! I couldn't be more thankful to have met Cheryl and have had the opportunity to work with her. After being intermittingly in the market for several years I reached out to Cheryl on a whim and the rest was smooth sailing. Over the years I have worked with several real estate agents as well as redfin agents. Some were clearly available simply to open the door, others had their interests first (as well as their schedule). Within 10 minutes of having spoken to Cheryl she had taken the time to ask me questions on what is important to me and took the time to tailor suggestions to those needs rather then send me every available listing. By the next day we had appointment to check out the top three properties together. During these showings Cheryl was patient taking as much time as I needed to tour the house and answer my endless questions. One of these options happened to be the one! The negotiations were several rounds and we were up against multiple offers but Cheryl put my needs and concerns first and never once encouraged me to stretch beyond my means! In the end, we won and I am now the proud owner of my first home without making any concessions on my wants or needs which is saying something when working with a strict budget! When it came time for closing even though COVID protocols precluded her from being present at my closing she STILL saved me money by reaching out to tell me she noticed the home warranty was missing that we negotiated and got on the phone immediately with the company to arrange he policy to avoid delay! When I say I couldn't been more thankful to have met Cheryl I truly mean it and if you are considering getting assistance with your home purchase you owe it to yourself to speak with her and find out what she is all about!
