The past properties we have bought with him are in excellent locations with real lasting value and high appreciation. Brian did a great job for us. His advice was always to the point and very informative. He showed us many properties until we found the one we decided to buy. He did everything he could to make sure our experience with finding a new home was as stress free as possible. Even during the current state of pandemic that we are in, he remains confident, professional and kind in his work. We found Brian via the HomeLife service and couldn't be happier. Brian did a very realistic assessment of our home's value and we had a solid offer on the first day. We kept it on the market for another 2 days but this first offer was the best at 10% above our asking price so we accepted. Everything else went off without a hitch.

Brian takes great pride in his profession and shows it. In my opinion, he is the best realtor you could ever select to represent you. He was always quick to respond to any communication I sent, and helped me through some tough problems. The quality of the ad photos was perfect. You certainly get value for your money when you choose him to represent you in selling your home. He did the impossible - got my house sold in the middle of a pandemic! You could not ask for more than that.
