Don’t waste your time trying to rent. Unprofessional Jon will dodge your phone calls/texts and the lady who runs the books couldn’t even reach out when they needed more information. The “office” was a hoarder apt. Wouldn’t trust personal information to stay safe. He also quotes different rent prices online and over the phone. He forgets conversations will say one thing and then say another as if you didn’t just have a conversation about rental price & requirements. Judges situations based off bad experience with previous tenants. When looking at one unit another tenant who was moving out had to yell his name because he was avoiding the guy. All the red flags and bull alarm went off talking with this guy.

The building was not kept up well. They rent to anyone and the building became unsafe. Although the Manager stated I was a great tenant and he hated to see me leave, he still was extremely rude to me when I didn't feel safe there anymore and wanted to move. He told me I still had a lease and looking for a new place was premature. He did a walk through with me and stated I could get my deposit back no problem. Now he won't answer my calls and hasn't returned any of my messages. I have to get the law involved to get my security deposit back but I didn't do him like that when I had to pay it. I would never ever rent from this company again.
