We can’t ever express the gratitude we have for Chad. When we decided to buy a house that would suite our needs, we tried on our own. But after over a year of searching, we decided we needed help. We tried two different realtors, but they didn't seem to know the area or much about the houses they were showing us. Finally we asked our loan agent who he recommended and he sent us to Chad. Best decision of our life. Chad is awesome and he was extremely helpful. We knew nothing about the process but Chad helped us every step of the way.
