Working with Cally was such a great experience! Selling a home during a pandemic can be challenging and frightening. Cally helped make our experience easy, smooth and safe! From the minute we met Cally we knew she would have our backs from start to finish. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the area, which helped with setting our price. I do not think our experience could have gone any more smoothly. During the initial meeting Cally walked us through the process and answered all our questions. She went room to room giving advice on how to prep for pictures and ultimately listing the home. We went on the market Thursday, had multiple offers by Saturday and were under contract above asking price shortly thereafter. Our experience was above and beyond Cally really knows real estate and the area. We sold our house in less than a week. She set-up our listing perfectly for maximum exposure and hype, leading to a quick sale with multiple offers. She was always looking out for what was best for us rather than herself, while being fair to all parties. Great job Cally, and we really appreciate it!
