Ashley Vorwald1 StarIf I could give them a “0” star rating, I would. Kim Kissel is literally the rudest and most unprofessional realtor I have ever met in my entire life. She does not deserve to even have a realtor license with how poorly she treats the public. We have moved—bought & sold— 5 homes in the last 7 years because of relocations with my husband’s job. I have never come across as awful of a person as Kim Kissel in my entire life. I was appalled and completely shocked that a “professional” in the community would treat another adult the way she treated my family and myself. I would not recommend her or her company century 21 to anyone unless they want to be treated like a piece of garbage. Her managing broker, Matt Rittof, was worthless as well. Did not follow through with any of the issues he said he would address and get back to us on how it was handled. Instead he turns around and emails the lawyers saying it’s inappropriate for us to be contacting him. After he stated he would be following up with us.
In front of my 2 small children—Kim Kissel called me names, screamed at me multiple times, said I was “annoying and couldn’t wait to be done” with me, demanding I leave the home when I had the right to be there. I told her to have my lawyer tell me I need to leave, and I gladly will. She called the lawyers, completely changed her tone of voice, and left the house with her tail between her legs. Several times when she was screaming at me— I politely asked her to please take her voice and tone down in front of my children— which she just proceeded to scream even louder.
I am literally appalled at her behavior and just want to make sure no one else ever has to endure the wrath of Kim Kissell. Buying a home is already a stressful task, and then add in a crazy unprofessional rude realtor on top of it all is setting yourself up for disaster.
And should anyone come across any house she may be listing— I don’t care how much you love the house— for your own sanity, I would keep looking. It’s not worth the stress of dealing with such a terrible person as Kim Kissell. We will for sure be filing a complaint with the state board of realtors, no one should ever be treated the way my family and I were treated. Ever.Tuesday 16th July 2019
Destinee Duncan5 StarWe relocated to Illinois from California during the winter months a week before Christmas super short notice (Thank you US military for that). We have used Century 21 before when we relocated to NC and had an amazing experience, so naturally when i discovered there was a Century 21 in the area I knew where to find help looking for a rental. Thank goodness for Ann Schuler!!! She was our rental fairy godmother! We knew trying to find a rental in the middle of the month of December right beforr Christmas was going to be rough, but she made everything flow so easy. We had a small checklist with a few vitals like room for the kids 2 bathrooms (because who likes sharing a bathroom with toddlers) and a few wants like basement and yard. Day 1 in town she squeezed us in her busy schedule to show us a few houses and the 3rd house was the Cinderella to our glass slipper! Room for the kids, finished basement, on a lake and 2 bathrooms (thank goodness) all in a reasonable price range. Weve been here a month and couldnt be happier! She made our disaster relocation so much easier with her friendliness and welcoming attitude. She truly cares about getting you in the right home! Thank you Ann you are amazing! When we are ready to buy we will need your magic again!Wednesday 16th January 2019
Nickolas Kellar1 StarI dealt with a nobody named Lavale Kelley. He conned me out of $2500 in pointless sales BS. Within a week of closing on my house, after ASSURING me for months that my finances were in order, Lavale tells me that I need to come up with $3000 MORE. I was robbed of my investment and months of time. Do not trust this fraud.Thursday 4th February 2021
Jason Michaels1 StarThey are falsely advertising a property as for sale when the property has been sold for over a couple of weeks now in order to try to receive more business. It is listed as either contingent or pending on a couple of different websites and on there own website it is listed as for sale. After several attempts to try to receive information on the property because it was still listed for sale they finally emailed me back to let me know it closed on June 10th well as of today June 27th it is still listed for sale on there website. You have to do your research when dealing with these people they are like used car salesmen. This property in particular was originally listed for 23k even though the owner bought it for 20k 6 years prior and these properties depreciate pretty fast but after being listed for over 3 months and going down 8k it finally sold. They severely over price properties trying to give the seller false hope while trying get the highest commission possible and when you try to make a reasonable offer they act like your low balling them and its not only them it is Remax also they have some kind of partnership in that area.
How will leaving your number for me to call just to tell me the property has been sold resolving the issue. Its now July 28th 7 weeks after the property sold but it is still listed on your website and also mobilehomes.net as for sale also another one on Walnut st for 32k is listed for sale on your website and it sold 3 weeks ago for 29.5k, but since it is listed on your website for sale then why are you preventing my right as a consumer to purchase the propertySaturday 28th July 2018
