James Kroll is the embodiment of a dishonest, unethical and shady real estate agent. He verbatim says his client will accept an offer at their terms, I meet the terms and doesn’t honor his word. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work with this individual looking to buy or sell. No wonder your deals fall through.

Rude, unprofessional people! I called and asked if they have any property available to rent for a party. The lady who answered the phone said she'll ask one of the agents. Agent picked up the phone and asked me what kind of party I need a house for and I explained. After that she sarcastically said "have you looked at the restaurants?" and there was a very loud laughing on the background. Good luck making any money, clowns!
