I personally have hired and dealt with various real estate agents. If you are looking for someone who is willing to take you step by step, act professional, have a good sense of humor, is understanding and is willing to take the lead...Chad is the agent to go with. We had a dilemma with a prospective buyer's agent and Chad handled it professionally and with confidence. Chad and our legal counsel had to jump through hoops to close on our home, and Chad stayed on top of things to ensure that there was an open line of communication with all parties involved. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate Chad's involvement especially since we had to relocate out of state prior to closing.
