My husband and I were fortunate to work Chantill on the purchase of our second home. Our experience working with Chantill in 2016 was great so there was no question as to who we wanted to represent us the second time around. She listened to our list of must haves and knew exactly what properties to send our way. Chantill knew what we were going to say about a house before we could say anything. In the home buying process you want to make sure that you are working with someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Chantill is both. From the 1st consult I explained exactly what I was looking for, and the fact that I was working with a very limited time frame. We started my search in February found a property in March and Closed in April which was my deadline. Chantill was on her job immediately no delay, she understood the urgency of my situation. One thing I despise is having to be on top of someone about their job, didn’t have that issue at all with Chantill. She is diligent, communicative, transparent, Patient, and Professional. She keeps you up to speed with everything daily, never needed to question the status of what was goin on. I also appreciated the well being check ins because it can be an overwhelming process which it was. I truly appreciate the empathetic support it was much needed and always came at the right time.
