Cassandra Cooper5 StarPatient! Phyllis's patience in trying to find the right house that fit three diverse personalities and goals was unending. She was tactful while quietly steering back to the subject at hand and recommending resources to resolve our disputes. We had several closings fall through on the “perfect” house and the disappointments would be debilitating at times but she would gently remind us of the goal and send out more referrals to review. I will always appreciate her patience and considerate care with my 82 year old mother. If you are looking for someone who will go the distance with you then I highly recommend Phyllis. Her attention to detail from the endless searches, to picking a lending agent (shoutout to Chris at Guarantee), the home inspection and also closing.
