Colleen was the BEST real estate agent to work with as me and my husband purchase our first home. As two young adults who had no prior experience or knowledge in real estate/the housing market, Colleen was extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I throughout the entire process. She made sure to listen and cater to our needs/wants in a home when scheduling showings for us. During showings, it was clear that she had an extensive knowledge of the different risks/problems one might run into in a home (ex. foundation cracks, improper ventilation, etc.) She also had expertise in understanding the housing market which was very helpful since we were considering multiple Chicagoland suburbs. She knew demographics for each suburb which helped us narrow down our choices. Through out the entire process she answered all of our questions, gave us updates, and was timely in getting back to us if we had any questions or concerns. Colleen is also a great negotiator, we could tell that she wasn't afraid to speak up if she thought she could get us a better deal or if we all thought the asking price was too high. We would also recommend Colleen because of her wonderful personality. From the very beginning she was always kind, friendly, and sincere. You can tell how passionate she is on helping people find homes that they will feel safe, happy, and comfortable in. We really appreciated her honesty and integrity. She would never sugar coat the negative things that happened during the process, but openly communicated them and provided alternatives. Buying a home can be confusing and intimidating, but having a real estate agent like Colleen will make the process much more manageable and easy to understand. She has the knowledge, experience, drive, and integrity to find you a wonderful home. 10/10, would hire her again!!!

My husband and I had contemplated selling our home and moving out of state for some time. We wanted an independent realtor who would truly be invested in our situation and who would work with the timeline we set for ourselves to sell our home. We spoke to Colleen before we listed and she brought us market research on what she felt we could accurately list our home for. Once we were ready to list, it took only a short time to organize the home photo shoot and get our house on the market. Within only a short few days we had more offers on our home than we could count on both hands. Colleen brought her expertise and helped educate my husband and I, which allowed us to make a very well-informed decision on selecting the right buyer for us. She walked us through every step of the listing and selling process and kept in constant contact, answering even the smallest questions that came to mind. Selling our first home and leaving all the "first" memories was a big step for us and Colleen not only supported us as clients, she treated us like family!
