Dan is actually different from other real estate agents and being former military, we've bought and sold many homes. His constant contact with their realtor made all the difference, saved us tens of thousands of dollars and secured our home against six other interested parties. Beyond that, when I was having doubts about whether this was the right house, he assured me that the choice was ours. And it was OK if this wasn't the house for us and that we had as much time as we wanted to find the perfect house. There was no pressure because that's the type of kind and caring guy he is. His knowledge about the bones of a home/potential issues/cost of remodeling was also next level. Real estate agent commissions get a bad rap but he was worth every penny and more. Trust him to buy and sell your home.

"Dan took on our home listing after over a year on the market. We met him at one of his open houses. At the time we were listed with an agent friend of ours and were very clear that we had no intention of changing agents. Even so, he spent a considerable amount of time discussing the Homer Glen area as well as our own home. He was never pushy and showed no intention to sway us in his direction. When we were ready to try a different approach Dan met with us. The drone photos of our home were a huge help. We had an interested contingent buyer within 10 days. A noncontingent offer from another buyer came in less than 50 days later. Despite not having any fiscal involvement with the purchase of our new home Dan offered to help in any way he could. Going above and beyond, Dan retrieved a left behind item from our previous home and hand delivered it to us in our new place. 07/18/2016 - markdbgroup Dan was the best choice we could have made for an agent. He sold our home in less than a week for full asking price. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and was very attentive to our needs. He genuinely cared about us. He had a great marketing plan and the professional photos were amazing.
