We wanted to use Deb as our realtor, as she was referred to us by a friend, and I have to say that she made this difficult process bearable for us. We had a lot of issues with our lender, and he turned out to be a real jerk, but Deb was right there with us, and kept us calm through it all. She is very caring, very personable, and absolutely knows the properties that she is showing. Anything that we asked her, she already knew the answer. I had a lot of questions, and sometimes I asked the same questions a few times, it didn’t seem to bother her, as she answered them over and over. I highly recommend if you want a realtor that knows her stuff, Deb, is the realtor do you want. She will guide you in the right direction. We have been in our new home for about 3 weeks now, and absolutely love it! Thank you Deb for everything you did for us.

Debra did a fantastic job for us in selling our house. Debra provided a realistic and accurate market evaluation of the property.
