The thing I love most about Deb is that she really cares about every detail. She asks all the right questions (so you don't have to). She has years of experience, and it shows. I can't say enough good things about her!

Deb helped me purchase a home moving across the country for a new job. She truly made 100% remote purchasing a breeze! Her years of experience were incredibly helpful, and she explored every scenario and outcome with me before putting in offers. I was able to find the perfect home in a very short time frame with a limited budget. When it’s time to sell, I will absolutely be going through Deb again for her amazing service and expertise!

My husband and I were recommended to Deb by one of my co-workers and it was one of the best recommendations we received!!!! We have moved four times now and I have to say she has been the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. What I liked about her was that she listened to what we wanted in a home, and within the next day she was sending us homes to look at based on what we described to her. Whenever we wanted to schedule to view a home she always responded promptly to our request. She is a true professional who was able to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. When my husband and myself went to look at a home it felt as if Deb was also part of the buying process as well, she would give us her opinion and would also listen to our concerns. She wouldn't hesitate to point out negative things about the home that might pose a problem for us in the future or even aesthetic parts of the home. In our previous experience with realtors I would get a sense that they were getting impatient with us to find a home or they would try and sell us on something that we didn't want. It was a wonderful experience to find an agent who was truly concerned about our needs and listened to what we wanted in a home and helped us find that home no matter how it may take. What impressed us as well was once we had a signed a contract when things seemed to be stalling mid process because of miscellaneous paperwork Deb was on it calling the sellers agent and communicating with our loan broker and attorney to see what she could do to help move the process along more smoothly and efficiently to meet our closing date. My Daughter was so impressed with her that she has now listed her home and has begun the search for a new home with Deb. She was a true gem and professional and I would highly recommend her!!

Deb is the absolute best realtor there is... no doubt. Not only does she go above and beyond for her clients, but she treats you like family. She will always look out for your needs. This is the second time we have used Deb as our realtor, this time we used her for buying a new house and selling our current.
