If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are looking for someone to put ABSOLUTELY NO WORK into selling your home, other than listing it on MLS and putting a lockbox on your door, look no further! Diane is your gal! No advertising was done, as far as we know and she did not actively pursue deals, unless we asked about them. Multiple deals fell through, mostly because of her lack of research about the a loan type. She wanted us to accept offers that were thousands below asking price in a seller's market. She didn't show up for closing. She will not call you on the phone, but instead solely relies on texting and emails to communicate. It takes at LEAST 24 hours for her to respond to any questions you have and she doesn't intelligently advise you in any way. And now, 5 months after the sale of our home, (which we negotiated through our attoneys because she was MIA) she is sending us an invoice for a home warranty that was supposed to be taken out of our proceeds. We have bought and sold multiple homes using different realtors, but never have I come across one as lazy as Diane.

Diane was warm and welcoming into the homes to see. She was very informative without saying I DONT KNOW,BUT I'LL FIND OUT FOR YOU, which ive heard before. Diane was prepared and ready with a smile. She is an excellent realtor.
