I cannot recommend Hal enough! As first time home buyers we expected the process to be way more stressful but Hal was knowledgeable of the area and the market. He walked us through every step and answered EVERY question we had. He was patient and understanding and we never felt any pressure from him, he wants to make sure you really love your new home. Hal is great at what he does. I wasn't sure if I should continue paying rent another year or start the process of buying my own home, but once I connected with Hal, he answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process with ease. I bugged him via phone/text/email (sorry Hal haha), and not once did he sound annoyed or rushed to get off the phone. He's well informed, very responsive and patiently addressed all my concerns. Hal was awesome in both our sale and new home purchase. On our sale he not only took care of every detail and kept us as stress free as possible. He also was great at helping us get our home ready to sell with recommendations and advice. We received compliments on our house from many Real Estate Agents and prospective buyers that came through our home. On our new home search and ultimate purchase in Hoffman Estates. I contacted Hal one week and put an offer on my dream home by the end of that week and I can honestly say it was because of Hal! He totally becomes apart of the family and as honest as they come! I’m HUGE on customer service and if I could give 100 stars I would! Extremely knowledgeable and very resourceful! Very patient and will do whatever it takes to ensure you close on your home!
