When I started working with Emiko she was more than amazing answering any questions I had and setting up appointments the same day or next to view properties to give me the best opportunity to put in a good offer. Within one month of working with Emiko I was able to put in an offer on a home and it was accepted. She was great with letting me know what was happening every step of the way and checking in regularly during the mortgage process. Emiko was the best thing that could’ve ever happened to our family and we are so grateful to have found her to be our realtor. I have nothing but positive thoughts about Emiko Pope! She is hands down THE best realtor in the Chicagoland area. I was in the most stressful time in my life looking for my first home. I had another realtor that was very slow to respond and wasn’t organized. My favorite thing Emiko did was give me a list of homes to look at and provided me with a packet of the homes so I can print it out and take notes on each home. When you look at so many you forget which one you were looking at. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients' needs are met! She was extremely professional and was always early to the listings!!! Because of Emiko I was able to find my first home a few months before my son was born! She listened and followed through! I have recommended her to my family and friends when one is looking to buy, sell, or even rent. Thank you Emiko for helping me find my first home!

I would like to shine some light on Emiko! When I started my homeowner journey, finding a realtor was very challenging. I was in conversation with Jocelyn who said I have someone who will work well with you (Emiko). A few seconds later Emiko walked in the door. I told Emiko about my prior experience with realtors so she knew I had my guard up. After seeing the 1st property I let my guard down a little. I was impressed how at every viewing she always checked heating/cooling systems, signs of flooding, and other issues that would not pass an inspection. Anytime I said this not the one, she always gave encouragement & respected my decisions. Offer denials are very frustrating & disappointing & with this being a seller's market I was ready to give up. By this point we’ve seen over 20 properties & we had a long empowering conversation about the process & how I felt defeated. Later that evening I got an email of a new listing & I wanted to see a property. I texted Emiko & she was able to schedule the viewing the next morning. We saw the house, made an offer & 45 days later I became a homeowner. I could go on & on about the experience I shared with Emiko. God really aligned us to meet & work together. Emiko was there every step of the way. She wasn’t allowed at closing due to Covid but she stopped by & brought me a card. I was surprised but so happy she stopped by. Emiko will always be my 1st & only realtor choice. Thank you so much for the experience & friendship!!
