Erica Z5 StarWen I met first Eva, I was fed up with looking for houses and running out of time. We were out looking at 4 houses that fit out criteria but none of them felt like "home" then I got a notification that a new one was just listed, it fit our criteria. We were an hour away from it so I turned to Eva n said can you contact the selling agent and see if we could get into this newly listed house in a hour? It worked out perfectly! Eva made my experience that much better and tried everything I asked of her and if she couldn't we found a way to compromise. The house we bought was fate for my family and I am happy to be her first sold home! She is a great caring person who listens and offers her opinion when it is needed, looking at houses with her was great, most agents will not point out flaws but she did and i was very thankful to have a open and honest agent. Even though im experienced in construction, most people are not and i am so happy she can be an agent and point out things that need work so the buyers are aware and know what they are getting instead of buying and then surprised.
