Crossing paths with Bernadette Winski was a blessing. Not only am I so appreciative to her but my entire experience working with her was very positive. If I had to start all over, all bets will be on contacting her first instead of trying to keep track of other websites/landlords that don't even get back to you. Bernadette made sure the entire process to finding the right rental property was smooth. Very helpful, honest, COMMUNICATIVE, respectful and professional that's for sure. I had been looking for a rental for months on my own before speaking with Bernadette. I was beginning to feel hopeless and frustrated with the whole process. Bernadette helped me schedule a tour with a condo on Wednesday, sign the lease on Thursday and move in on Friday. Her timely communication and efficient work ethic helped us move into the most beautiful condo quicker than I could have dreamed. She was very knowledgeable about the property she showed us and very helpful when communicating with the landlord on our behalf. We love our condo and if we decide to move again in the future, we will be asking Bernadette for help again!

Bernadette really did go above and beyond. I honestly did not expect such commitment, she made tons of calls for me, send me emails with properties constantly, she really came through.
