I couldn’t say enough about Mr. Gonzalez. We were so lucky to find him after having to deal with two agents who where pushy and just focused on the money they could make (one gave us listings way over our budget) rather than helping clients. Francisco was our fourth agent, and so flexible, caring, knowledgeable and experienced; he was always in contact with us and always on the ball to get us a showing appointments as soon as possible when we found new listings. He give us an accurate feedback about the houses so we could make an educated decision. He knows exactly when there is a good deal and the exact moment to give you that little push when he knows something is good for you when you are indecisive. After spending one and a half year -and around 45 showings, no kidding- and a couple thousands on inspectors, fees and lousy companies, we found Francisco and he got us our house in just around 3 weeks. The house we were looking for in a beautiful and calm place. He knows what he is doing, he will be working soon with another family member and I bet the process will be as smooth as it was with us.
