Being a first time buyer, I really enjoyed working with Gia, because she takes the time to listen to her clients and works so hard to find the best home for you. She got to know us and we became friends over time after meeting at an Open House about a year ago. Home buying in this market, was not an easy process, by any means, but she was almost like a therapist and showed great passion and shared our concerns. Also, she is excellent at keeping you informed and updated with new listings. Gia is a amazing!!

We had the pleasure of working with Gia with the sale and purchase of our homes in the spring of 2021. She exceeded our expectations with both the selling and buying of a house. During our first meeting she answered all of our questions and gave us honest feedback on ways to help sell our house. Then Gia started the quest to find a house that met the twenty requirements we wanted. Throughout the several months search Gia remained motivated, determined, responsive, reliable, friendly, and patient. She consistently got us showings for houses before they went to the public market, which was no small feat during that crazy housing market. She also went above and beyond with creative approaches to find a house in our favorite neighborhood by writing letters and scouting for houses with Girl Scout cookies. All of her hard work paid off and we were able to purchase our dream home in our dream neighborhood. Then the sale of our first home was easy since she was knowledgeable about the current market. Gia used a professional photographer and helped stage our house, listed it in the private network on Tuesday, had multiple showings on Saturday, and we accepted a full price offer on Monday. Seriously, Gia gets it sold! We highly recommend Gia to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house.

Gia is the absolute best! She is both very insightful, and intuitive to a family's needs. She always looks out for her client's best interests and isn't afraid of putting in a lot of time taking clients from house to house to help them find their dream home. We used her for both our home hunt and to list our home and she brings so much to the table. You're lucky to get this lady on your team.

Gia is an amazing realtor! We used her for selling our home however, due to un foreseen circumstances (COVID) we had to back out of selling but, Gia was with us every step of the way. She is VERY flexible and responds quickly when you have questions…she makes you feel comfortable when you ask her questions since we all know we probably ask some silly ones LOL. She provides honest feedback and keeps a solid line of communication open at all times. She provides props for staging and gives spectacular ideas how to make the home look more cozy for showings/open houses. If you have a vision or an idea Gia welcomes it and does everything in her power to make that vision/idea come true and if she can’t, she gets you very close. Besides her being an awesome realtor, she’s a great friend. This is a stressful process but, she makes it so relaxed and calming. She lends an ear when you need it and provides advice when you ask. You truly won’t be disappointed. When we had to back out of selling (we had accepted an offer and everything 😩) I was mortified to tell her in fear of what she would say but, she totally understood and didn’t make us feel like we were bad people for doing so. When we do go back on the market we will be using Gia because Gia gets it sold!
