I started my house hunting process on a whim when I saw a house on Zillow that piqued my interest enough to click "send me info"; Hamza was the realtor that replied to the request, and scheduled the showing with me. When we met for the first time and walked through the first of many houses, he asked all the right questions to get an idea of what I wanted on this journey to find my "Home". As a single woman with a property management background, I have a high list of expectations in a house, and a critical eye for details. Hamza heard and respected ALL of what I wanted and was “Team Maggie” all the way. Even when family would join a tour, offering up their own opinions on a house, Hamza was always looking out for my best interest, remembering my preferences, and keeping what I wanted as the bottom line. The work he did behind the scenes was always for “Team Maggie”. We toured about a dozen houses looking for the one that felt like Home; he would always point out the things that matched my list, as well as listen to any concerns I had. After what felt like the never ending month of house visits, we finally found my home. It was a Saturday afternoon, Hamza had every single answer at his fingertips, and was able to call my lender to get the exact numbers I needed to make the decision. Since I am a first time home buyer, Hamza was able to recommended a lender and an attorney that I could work with. I can’t say more amazing things about how easy this whole process was with the three of them. After my offer was accepted I was able to close within 2 weeks. That’s right 2 weeks!!!! The home buying process was very stressful and Hamza kept me calm and hopeful the whole time. Once I was under contract it was all smooth sailing. I have no intentions of moving or leaving my amazing Home, but if for some reason I do need to, Hamza will be my first call. As will some of my family…. 10/10

Let me write in detail about Hamza Hassan, to justify why I highly recommend him to be your Real Estate Agent. So, I contacted him over the phone, as we were buying the property from the other state. Over the phone, his personality, his professionalism, his dedication can be seen. I was impressed in our first call. This was our very first home to buy with him. And he literally showed that interest and dedication to us, that we would want to see in an agent. He was very serious and professional during the whole process. He showed us flexibility, availability almost every time that we needed. He would share with us all updates, details and upcoming expectations. As a first-time home buyer, where people are scared due to less details and market fear, Hamza made it easy and transparent. And one day I met him when I flew to Chicago to tour different properties that he scheduled for me according to my availability and calendar. Thanks to Hamza I am a home owner!! I started this journey over 6 years ago with him but at thr time I was not ready. I never forgot his professionalism and how flexible he was with viewing homes. So of course once I felt ready I reached back out to him. We viewed quite a few homes tbh lol but not once did he ever make me feel rushed or like he was over all the home visits. He pointed out possible issues and reminded me of what's important when looking at a home. I now have a 4 bed 2 bathroom newly remodeled home that was appraised for over the amount I paid!!!! I am above satisfied with the work Hamza did to make this happen.
