Ivette is great. She helped us buy our house in 2021 and then we just sold house this month. She's very attentive and prompt. She makes you feel like a family friend. We were so happy with how our first purchase went that when it was time to sell, we didn't hesitate to call her. She is great at her job and understands the market. I can't say enough good thing about Ivette. She listened to what type of home and price range we wanted for our family. She wasn't bothered at all when we asked her to look for homes clear up north to down into the southern area. She found us many homes but each time something was found during the inspection. She was great at letting us know that whatever the issues were, we really didn't want to deal with it or the seller would not come down in price enough to have it fixed, she was never worried about losing "the sale" she wanted to make sure we were happy. Ivette never stopped looking for homes that we might like, even when we were out of town she would keep us up to date on if she had found something we might like. Finally, after a longer than a year of looking Ivette found the perfect home for our family. She never gave up or told us to stop looking at the time. We have been here over ten years and couldn't be more pleased with all the leg work and everything else Ivette did for us. Ivette is definitely a person you would want to have working not just for you but with you. As you can see not only our kids but the neighborhood kids love to come an play in our back yard.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ivette in 2018, at a open house in IL She was very professional and kind and made me feel like home ownership was possible, unlike some other realtors who were unfriendly, rude and didn’t want to talk to me unless I was already pre approval and had perfect credit. Ivette was willing to speak with me and add me to connect list and invited me to other open houses. After a year of working on my credit, deciding on where I want to purchase a home, I reached out Ivette and she was more then happy to give me advice on homes, the home purchasing process, and referred me to lenders as well.. Yvette helped us to buy a house 8 years ago and now helped us sell it.Yvette is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. When we first set down to put the plan together for the sale, she suggested the price based on the market, then she predicted how long it will be on the market, how much money we would actually get. Her prediction was spot on! In the process no question was not answered in minutes, she’s always accessible. Yvette gave us honest advice about the new place, helped us look for a rental too. She treats us as friends! That’s why we will always just work with her !
