I’d buy a million houses from Jacob!! Streamline easy process, answered all of my questions at a moments notice. Also shot me straight on issues which I really appreciated. 11/10 would recommend anyone to call up Jake the Snake. He’ll wrestle the competition to the ground and even get his tag team going if the task requires it. Off the top rope- he won my heart.

I cannot recommend using Jacob enough!!! He was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. This was my first home purchase, and Jacob really took the time to explain all the steps of the process (multiple times when needed) to ensure that I knew and was comfortable with what was going on. He even had summation graphics that were easy to follow and a great resource. We were able to secure our house pretty fast and efficiently using Jacob and his team of recommended experts. We closed within 30 days and have been happily loving in the home for over 6 months. Even post purchase, Jacob has remained in contact to see how things are going. He has invested in technology that keeps us updated with the price of our home and the status of the market. This has helped me better understand my pie home as well as trends to be aware of for the future. Best part, it’s just an email once in a while that I can digest on my own time and when I’m ready. I absolutely feel like a valued partner and that Jacob is there for me if I have questions regarding any aspect of buying/selling/owning property. Jake helped us sell our townhome and buy a new house during a very volatile time in the housing market. We cannot say enough good things about working with him. Jake was very patient with us and understanding about our schedules. He traveled to various of towns for us (some of which were quite far away) and somehow put up with our very selective preferences on houses. He also gave us great direction during both processes and always had helpful information for us. I’m pretty sure we would have given up in this market with him! I highly recommend working with Jake!

Jacob is the best! We saw many places before I fell in love with my new townhome. I highly recommend Jacob in both buying or selling your home. He is super knowledgeable about the market and had great suggestions for me when I was in a bidding war during the 2021 market era to buy my townhome. It is sometimes stressful buying a house but very exciting. Jacob made the process enjoyable and smooth! When I’m ready to sell my townhome…I will most definitely call Jacob!
