Janet Hogan worked with us for over a year to help us find just the right home -- and we did. In the beginning we obviously did not know what we really wanted, looking at houses that were too big, too expensive, too small, not expensive enough, etc. etc. Janet had to be thinking to herself, "Why can't these people figure out what they really want and need?" But she was patient and supportive throughout the process. It also helped that Janet has a great deal of experience, smarts, and connections. And a sense of humor.
