I think this company sent me their worst agent. She was recommended by a relocation service through Mel Foster. While the house virtually sold itself in 48 hrs or so, the agent decided that's all that needed to be done....in other words, no communication, botched messaging between lawyer and clients and a number of other issues. I would recommend a different firm.

The past reviews Nicole received were very high so we contacted her to be our agent. Well those reviews were completely accurate. Nicole did a fabulous job from start to finish. She marketed our house so well it sold in under a week. The communication was fantastic and if I had a question she answered it immediately. Thank you Nicole for the best home sale experience.

NOT ALL REALTORS ARE CREATED EQUAL! My last experience was less than stellar, but fine. My experience with Nicole Gilhooly put that to shame. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, patient, available, and has great interpersonal skills. I can tell an imposter a mile away, and I know she is passionate and loves her job. Selling a home was more emotionally taxing than I could have imagined. Nicole put me at ease right away establishing her availability, willingness to go above and beyond, and communicated every step of the way with me. It’s like having your best friend sell your house for you! I can’t recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed. She is so funny and knew exactly how to handle my highly stressful moments. Nicole Gilhooly is great to work with! She is always available and is so responsive and helpful. She made our first time home buying experience so easy! She was always supportive and never pushed us into anything we were uncomfortable with. Sometimes I think she could tell if we really liked a house or not before we even knew. She always gave it to us straight by pointing out the positives, but also bringing our attention to potential drawbacks. Nicole has great professionalism and knows so much about real estate and the area. When she didn’t know or was unsure of anything, she always took the extra step to find out. Nicole also has great resources and relationships with other professionals. She has “a guy” for everything which is so helpful in getting estimates and trusted people to do work on the house. Nicole is also very personable and helps her clients in every and any way she can! She even helped us find great opportunities for furnishing our home! After closing on the house, she still checks in and keeps in touch. Nicole is AMAZING! :)

Nicole Gilhooly is the hardest working realtor I have ever met. My son found Nicole through reading all of her great reviews online. After we met, I knew she was the best person to help me sell my home in Naperville. She was there for me every step of the process and was in constant communication. She was a pro in marketing my home. She helped with pre-list suggestions, staging and photographing my home so it showed its very best to potential buyers. She kept very close track of all showings, provided feedback, helped prepare the home for showings and even checked on the home afterwards to make sure all was secure. Anything we needed during the sale Nicole was on top of it immediately. I always knew Nicole would take care of everything, and I was very impressed with her level of service. She kept in constant communication with both me and my attorney to make sure everything went smoothly and closed on time. I cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was so helpful and kind during the process that we have become friends. Nicole is definitely one of the best Realtors in the Naperville area
