Julie was such a pleasure to work with. She spent time with us prior to listing our home and explained things in a way we could understand. She is very knowledgable, personable, professional and extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond from start to finish. From photos to showings to answering any question we had. We sold our home and bought a new one with Julie’s help. Julie was extremely flexible with her schedule. She knows home important it is to see places when they are newly listed because with this market houses go fast. We would highly recommend Julie to friends, family and coworkers.

My husband and I have used Julie for 3 didn’t types of real estate transactions over the past few years. Julie has helped us with a rental house, buying a house and when the neighborhood became unsafe for us to continue to raise our family in, we decided to put our house up for a short sale and we knew Julie would be the perfect person to help us do that. She was able to help us through the process and get it processed within 5 months. She was there for us the whole time. Every time that we had a question we were able to get a hold of her and get a straight clear answer, the teams that she has aligned herself with to help throughout the process are also very nice and easy to work with as well. When we are ready to buy a house again we will defiantly be going back to Julie for help!

Julie was great to work with! Always available if I had questions and easy to contact! Nice, Friendly, and Professional. Sold our home before it even hit the market for over asking price and helped us buy our new one! Would use her again in a heartbeat!

Julie is a joke. She went on vacation and had a back up but said not to use her too much because it cost her $25 per house visit. She returned from vacation 4/1 and never heard from her again about showings. She mixed business with my boyfriend so she went on to write bad reviews to his customers so I’m doing one in return.
