Karen was very professional, helpful, and went beyond to insure the entire process from listing, showing, negotiating, and closing went smoothly. She came prepared with comps in the area for the sale of the home, she walked me through each and every process along the way and made the entire experience pleasant and not stressful. Her ability to work with all that are involved with selling a home, from other Realtors, Attorneys, Buyers, and just a random number of other situations that needed to be handled were taken care of by Karen and the comments I got back from those interacting with her was that she was so wonderful to work with (kind, pleasant, helpful, knowledgable, etc.). Her heart is in the right place to help those, like me, to sell and/or buy a home. She is excited about each step of the process, but more importantly, making sure anything that did pop up, she was on top of it and so very helpful to get it handled. I have worked with Karen twice. Once on the purchase of a condo for my daughter and then on the sale of my house. The sale of my house was difficult for me because I had lost my husband and was moving to a retirement community. Karen was absolutely wonderful in every way helping me through the myriad complications, always there to answer questions and even pitching in when she saw the need. She is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, she listens to every concern and is a great problem solver. I don’t know what I would have done without her.
