My rating is not because i didnt get approved. I actually never applied for anything through this company. However, the folks they use to maintain the unsold property are unprofessional. I live next to one where no one lives and they discharge grass and rock onto my cars. I have videos of them knowingly doing this as they attempt to clean the cars off with a blower afterwards . They also shot something from the mower through my window. The homes in Joliet are on top of each other and they need to hire a company to come out that knows how to use their machines so they can discharge grass and debris to the middle of the yard they are cutting. Not my driveway. This company has cost me well over 400 dollars to repair my window and the car dings are a loss at this point. If you see KARGES signage next to your home. Watch out for their landscapers. I will remove this review when Karges reinburses me for the window.
