Karyn went above and beyond starting from the very first phone call. She came to our house, and envisioned how we could stage the best photos possible to create the best pictures to showcase our house. Not only that, but she brought over items from her own house to help. Within 15 minutes of our house going live, we had over 10 showings booked. By the time we were finished, we had over 40 showings in less than a month. Because of her persistence, dedication and overall love of her job we were able to sell our house quickly, and for our full asking price. I have worked with other realtors in the past. Karyn has sold property for me a few times. She is a delight to work with, professional, courteous and friendly. I have called her just for advice and she is always willing to take the time to help. She has always been responsive and proactive. I have recommended her to family and they have been very pleased. Our last experience she was showing the property in 3 days. Showed to 3 parties over 2 days and it was sold on 3rd day. 6 days from signing to sale, UNBELIVEABLE. I highly recommend Karyn to anyone who is either looking to buy or sell any real estate.
