Kathryn was a joy to work with during the process of buying our new house! She listened carefully to our many wants & constraints and found a great selection of houses that met our criteria. She encouraged us to express our thoughts out loud as we toured so she could further refine what characteristics we were looking for. Kathryn was extremely valuable during the negotiating process. Her advocacy helped us win our bid despite a multiple offer situation. She guided us to a skilled attorney, inspector, and other resources. She was also able to get the proposed closing date moved to accommodate a personal item we had. Up to the closing date we had many questions since we had not moved in 35 years - the process was quite different in 1988!
