Taylor Leonhardt5 StarKayla is literally the best. She stuck with us for a longer than expected search, and was kind and patient from start to finish. She put our first offer in and when that fell through and we decided to purchase new construction, she was understanding. I was surprised to hear from her while the house was being built as I thought a realtor wouldn't really care after that but she checked in periodically to make sure we were good. It spoke volumes to the kind of person she is. When we decided to terminate our contract on the new build, she welcomed us back and showed us a house immediately, which we ended up getting. After our offer was accepted, Kayla really went above and beyond to take care of us. She made helpful recommendations, facilitated communication, managed expectations, and always managed to find balance between honesty and kindness. I really am so grateful to have met her.
