Never work with this group. Andrew Soltis lied and said whatever he could to close a deal on a home being sold, didn't keep up with his end of the deal and ended up removing an item from the property 4 days after the closing of the home when told not to come onto the property. Keller Williams will take no responsibility saying it is out of their hands after closing. This group will willingly contract someone who does this and take no responsibility and actually threaten to sue for defamation after stating that something should be done about it and if it isn't, reviews will be left on all applicable outlets reflecting their business transactions/clients/contractors that they choose to do bad business with. ** EDIT TO REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY They said they do not represent him at all, but now they have a complete story to save face for a public comment saying he had full permission when i assure anyone reading this is not the case. ANDY was told to stay off the property. ANDY went back, days after he was told to not come back, went into a garage and took something, said someone who doesn't own the property gave him permission to do so (and can't provide this information) and just hung up the phone after admitting to knocking on the properties door, seeing no one was home, entering their garage and taking this item.
