I’d like to give everybody a heads up I was dealing with a real estate brokerage called Keller Williams they’re located at 11850 S. Route 59 Plainfield Illinois Suite 104. The agents name is.Jeanne Delafuente Gamage I purchased a home from her in Joliet Illinois and accidentally the movers damaged the flooring in the home. I called my realtor up to get the information from her on what company laid the flooring down so I can replace the damage planks I was told that they don’t know I asked How could they not know the flooring was recently put down jeanne was really nice to us while selling the house once the house was sold and you asked for some sort of information to help the buyers out which is me. She didn’t want to help us anymore. I guess she got her commission and didn’t care about the people that purchased the home no customer service whatsoever with this young lady, I highly recommend to stay away from this particular brokerage an agent unprofessional and disappointing look elsewhere for your for your Realtor, needs

Their realtor, Dipali Patel, lists townhomes as Single Family Dwelling units on the MLS. Purposely displays a picture that hides it as being a townhome, forcing potential buyers to research it. When a buyer does a search for single family homes, townhomes should not show up. Deceptive!
