Iman Whitfield5 StarMy mother and I used Kendrick “Kenny” as our agent, he was extremely professional, prompt, and reassuring. It can be scary trying to sell your home during COVID-19, though it’s a sellers market. Kenny reassured my family that he would be able to sell our home in a timely fashion and ensure we get the best deals as sellers, he did exactly that!
Furthermore, while showing the home he also practiced social distancing by providing foot coverings for potential buyers, hand sanitizer, masks and a sign that reminded people to please stay safe!
