Karen Berger5 StarKim is an AMAZING real estate agent! She is the #1 agent in her office and it shows!! We gave her this tiny sliver of a 4 mile by 2 mile box area that we wanted to live in, with a laundry list of wants, & thinking about it now it was completely unreasonable. Crazy enough, SHE FOUND OUR DREAM HOUSE in a matter of TWO DAYS!??? Are you kidding me!?? She was our advocate through the entire process, answering an embarrassing amount of questions as a first time homebuyer, and we closed on time! I truly believe we made it on time was because we found out Kim was working behind the scenes with both lawyers and our lender to keep the process running.
