During the attorney review and inspection phase, Buyers had some issues, and Kim was invaluable in getting them resolved. She had instant access to contractors who could fix everything quickly and reasonably. We would recommend her without hesitation.

My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Kim made the process so easy! Even during this crazy real estate climate she was honest and always gave her un biased opinion. But, also encouraged us to go after properties we were interested in. She is very knowledgeable on the Aurora and Naperville markets. Kim was able to tell us the best neighborhoods, advice on pricing, and helped us write competitive offers. We always felt like she made us a priority and helped us set up showings that worked around our schedule. She would be available at the drop of a hat to show us a property last minute. Her personality and excitement about the process made her wonderful to work with. She genuinely wants you to find a great home that you're excited about.
