As we prepared to sell my late mother's home, I had no idea what it might sell for. I hadn't lived in her area for nearly 40 years and the housing market seemed uncertain with higher than desired interest rates, low inventory of homes for sale, and a new Federal administration. My sister had used Kim for the sale of her home a couple of years before so we reached out to Kim to get her thoughts. She was fantastic! Her confidence in being able to sell my mother's home at a price significantly higher than what I would have guessed and in a timeline much shorter than I would have anticipated was enlightening. True to her word, we had a full price offer in less than a month. She then provided regular communications and coordination as we led up to a successful close. Kim was terrific!

I am not the review writing kind of guy but i figured that she deserved this being that i hired her on her reviews. Not only that but for the people that are clueless on the home buying and selling process. So here i go...I put my house on the market in 2023 with a realtor that was suggested to me by a friend. She was supposed to be the best according to him. That was the first mistake that i made. I had very few showings not too much traffic and felt that there was something wrong with my home. Besides that nobody explained anything to me or walked me through the selling process. After months of being on the market we had nothing. I then figured that the chaos went on long enough and so i decided to end the relations between us. I waited a couple of months and went onto Google review so that I can gather my own info and find the best realtor. After looking at reviews , Kim Wirtz had the best but after the chaos with the first i thought to myself ..maybe a male would be a bit more aggressive. Lol MY SECOND MISTAKE! He was not and ended up to be worse off than the first.So once again i ended that as well. I then pretty much gave up for a bit untill i said to myself.. Maybe i should give Kim a shot , so before i did, i called 5 realtors to see who was going to win me over thinking that Kim would be too busy to sell my house. MY 3RD MISTAKE! She was the last person on my list and the only one that answered my call. So i hired her as my realtor and what a great decision and outcome it has been!! I recently sold my home in New Lenox, IL with Kim Wirtz,in just 4 days! I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and negotiation skills were outstanding. Kim went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, from listing the property to closing. She guided us through every step, ensuring we received the best possible outcome. Don't make the same mistake i did! This can be very stressful if you choose to take the route i did or just go with the best, hire her i promise you will not regret it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM WIRTZ!
