She was able to get showings in the evening that worked better and had a list of contacts for various services you'd need for buying a home (lawyer, inspector, etc). Kris was the best!! Always got back to us quickly and helped sell our home in only 3 days over list price!!! She also helped us find our dream home during that same time and made the process so smooth and easy. Kris Hogan is a fantastic realtor. Kris sold my rental condo in a matter of days. She is responsive to all forms of communication, and goes above and beyond. Not being close to the property I was selling, she met with my tenants to switch over keys so I didn't have to make the 2 hour drive. This was going above and beyond. Kris managed communication between the attorneys, the seller, and our homeowners association in a professional matter. I highly recommend Kris Hogan for all your realtor needs!
