Kristina is a true professional. She associates herself with top quality service providers from the attorney to the photographer. In a business that attracts alot of slime I would absolutely recommend Kristina and have told my neighbors. Your home is a business asset when you take the emotion out of it. It took 7 months to sell our home and never reduced our list price. Kristina was patient and never pestered me to reduce list. We got what we wanted in the end.

Kristina was professional and transparent. She’s organized and gets the job done. Being someone who’s detail-oriented and wants to be in control of everything for such a life changing event, I learned to trust and let Kristina take the lead. That’s how much my husband and I knew we were in great hands. Our house was listed Wednesday night and went under contract Sunday morning. This is not easy in today’s market. Candidly one of the reasons this was such a success was because Kristina knew the market and advised us so well. And we trusted her. So if you’re looking for a realtor who will tell you all the “nice” things you want to hear, look elsewhere. Kristina has been a phenomenal real estate agent in both the selling and purchasing of homes. She responds very quickly with any questions during the process, is very knowledgeable, and is also an understanding and compassionate person during and outside the process as well and helps to the best of her ability to meet your needs, and especially as this can and has been a very stressful process.
