We have used Laura multiple times to buy and sell houses over the years. In our most recent transaction, she gave great advice, staged the house beautifully and had an excellent added details with note cards that pointed out the best features about our house. She has a wide variety of connections across many industries to help us prepare our house for selling. I feel like Laura went above and beyond her role to successfully sell our house and always stayed positive!

Laura Alberts went above and beyond our expectations! She provided beautiful pictures of the property both by a professional photographer and his drone. She ran two open houses and was available to us anytime we reached out to her. She was very knowledgeable about the market and gave solid advice throughout the process. Selling a home can be very stressful, but with Laura, we knew we were in good hands.

Laura was our buying and selling realtor in the past, so when it came time to buy again, we knew we had to ask if Laura was available for it! She showed us 5 or 6 houses on the first day and helped us look at the bigger picture when looking at them and thinking of our needs long-term. When we let her know the next day that we wanted one, she helped us get an offer in that day! She works FAST!! And she knows what she’s doing! Our offer was accepted and all communication until closing was QUICK and EASY because of her above-and-beyond helpfulness and the people she recommended we work with (loan company, attorney, inspector…). We’d say we’ll request Laura for all our future buying/selling needs but we hope this is our forever house! Cannot recommend her enough and would give more than 5 stars if we could. She is wonderful!
