Upon inspection, and insurmountable repairs that would be necessary, Laura was on the hunt, again, to find a suitable home meeting my needs, budget and time constraints. And she came through like a champ! Made an offer the day we found it and closed just under a year ago. If she could find me what I needed for my special circumstances and walk me through the crazy online process (techy, I'm not) then she can certainly handle your purchase or sale without a hitch. Did not want to show me a house without a pre-approval. When I told her I didn’t even know if I wanted to buy a house till I looked at it she said I was wasting her time and then quit talking to me. I will go to another realtor.
