First of all I must say Laura Schiavone is an absolutely amazing realtor. She was recommended to me by a friend in Colorado, Pam Smith. I knew Pam was very good at what she does (real estate) so I trusted her to find an agent for me. The first time Laura and I meet she was very professional and I could tell right away she knew what she was doing. We discussed comparable properties and prices in the area. Much to my surprise, my home was worth more than I had thought. We agreed on a selling price and I signed on the dotted line. Laura made me so comfortable, I decided to move out of state and leave it all in her very capable hands. She did not disappoint. I waited for the pictures to show up before they went live as they say. The photos were great. To be honest they were better than I had remembered the house. I was hoping to get an offer in about two weeks. The same day the house went on the market I got a text from Laura saying she had an offer. I was sitting down and almost fell over. Who does that? Not only did she have an offer, it was at asking price. Needless to say I accepted the offer. Laura than took care of all the little details so I wouldn’t have too. The house closed on schedule faultlessly. If you are looking to sell your home I highly recommend Keller Williams and Laura Schiavone. Laura is AMAZING! When she first assisted me looking for a home last year, I backed out due to personal reasons- Laura was so patient and didn't push me to move forward, she respected my wishes and let me know she'd be there when I was ready to try again. We knew this year we absolutely wanted to work with Laura, and she's been so fantastic! She made the homebuying process so easy and explained everything step by step. Laura was amazing! We gave her a list of what we were looking for in a home and found it! We were on a time crunch as we had to be out of our rental on a certain date and Laura was able to meet that deadline with closing! She is very knowledgeable about things I didn’t even think of while walking through different homes. She pointed out the things in a home that needed attention and things that were in great shape! Laura answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and although we respected her time, was available to us when we had questions. Laura will be on your side when buying a home! She has a GREAT team that she works with and we are grateful! We love our new home! Thanks Laura!!
